Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of marketing plans and related services (the "Service") provided by Cantrip AI LLC, based in Seattle, Washington, USA ("Owl Playbook," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing a plan or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Owl Playbook creates marketing plans for side hustles, independent small businesses, and solo founders. You tell us about your business, we do the research, and we deliver a written marketing plan tailored to your specific situation — including customer research, competitive analysis, messaging recommendations, and a prioritized action plan.
Each plan is delivered as a downloadable document. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
2. Accounts
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan. By making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
2.2 Account Creation
When you purchase a plan, we create an account for you using the email address you provide at checkout. This account lets you access your completed plan and any future plans you purchase. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.
2.3 Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@owlplaybook.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
3. Purchases and Refunds
3.1 Pricing
Each marketing plan is a one-time purchase at the price listed on our website. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases with reasonable notice.
3.2 Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
3.3 Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your plan, contact us at support@owlplaybook.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that means revising the plan or issuing a refund.
If your plan has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund at any time.
4. What You Get (and What You Own)
4.1 Your Plan Belongs to You
The marketing plan we deliver is yours. You own it completely. Use it, share it, mark it up, hand it to a contractor — whatever helps your business. We claim no intellectual property rights over the plans we create for you.
4.2 License to Create Your Plan
When you tell us about your business during the onboarding questionnaire, you give us permission to use that information to research and write your plan. We won't use your business details for anything else.
4.3 AI-Assisted Research
We use artificial intelligence to help research and write your plan. While we work to make every plan accurate and useful, AI-generated content may contain errors or gaps. Your plan is a starting point — not a guarantee of results. You're responsible for reviewing the plan and deciding what advice to act on.
We cannot guarantee that following the plan will produce any specific business outcome. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false information about your business to manipulate the plan output
- Use the Service to generate plans for illegal businesses or activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers' data
- Resell plans generated by Owl Playbook as your own service without our written consent
6. Delivery and Availability
We aim to deliver your plan within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If there's a significant delay, we'll let you know.
Once delivered, your plan will be available for download through your account. We recommend downloading and saving a copy for your records.
7. Intellectual Property
The Owl Playbook name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by Cantrip AI LLC. These Terms give you the right to use the Service to purchase and receive marketing plans — nothing more.
If you share feedback or suggestions about the Service, you give us permission to use that feedback to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all plans are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that plans will be error-free, that recommendations will produce specific results, or that the Service will be available without interruption.
Marketing plans are informational documents based on research available at the time of creation. They are not professional business, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant business decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owl Playbook and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any plan delivered to you.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific plan giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Owl Playbook and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of a plan, your violation of these Terms, or any business decisions you make based on plan recommendations.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, USA.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Changes apply to purchases made after the update — they don't retroactively change the terms of a plan you've already bought.
14. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and Owl Playbook.
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours without restriction.
